Un plat à emporter, ce soir-là, c'est vietnamien. Ma tante était à Chinatown et en a profité pour ramener à manger. Voilà ce que j'ai demandé : un bun bo lui ou bo bun, nom plus commun en France.

La barquette est vraiment immense et le plat est vraiment complet, on retrouve tout ce qu'on attend d'un bo bun. Le boeuf mariné à la citronelle, de l'oignon, des pousses de soja, de la ciboule et, en dessous des vermicelles, du basilic asiatique, des feuilles de menthe et de la laitue.
Verdict? C'est très bon. Les fines tranches de boeuf sont délicieuses, la viande est tendre, bien marinée, c'est un sans faute si ce n'est que par rapport à la quantité de vermicelles, un peu plus de boeuf aurait été apprécié.
Les vermicelles étaient un peu sèches à mon goût, il aurait fallu un peu plus de sauce nuoc mam du coup.

Conclusion?
C'est très bon, plat classique parfaitement exécuté mais ça ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard non plus. Cela dit on ne va pas se plaindre à ce prix là et surtout avec la quantité assez conséquente qui est servie.
